3. Scope of Services
We provide professional commercial and residential cleaning services. Our services are performed with best efforts of skill and care. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee; however, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond what is realistically possible within the scope of our expertise and available resources.

4. Liability for Damage

  • Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any damage, deterioration, or structural weaknesses that existed before our service. If such issues become apparent or worsen during our work, we are not liable for repairs or compensation.

  • New Damage: If we cause damage to previously undamaged, new, or structurally sound areas during our service, we will take responsibility and offer repair or replacement at our discretion. However, we are not liable for damage that is pre-existing, naturally occurring, or unverified as caused by us. Any claims of damage must be reported in writing with supporting evidence within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes provided are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions.

  • Payment is due on the same day of service for domestic customers and within one week of service for commercial customers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The service is provided every 8 weeks. If the service is extended to every 16 weeks, an additional charge may apply depending on the level of dirt accumulation, which varies by location.

  • If a clean is cancelled or rescheduled more than once in a row, the price will be adjusted to reflect the new frequency of service.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and may not cover costs already expended.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure work areas are accessible, safe, and free from hazards, including pet waste (such as faeces and urine).

  • If any such hazards are present, we will not be able to clean in those areas, and the price of the clean will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Customers must disclose any known structural issues, fragile materials, or other concerns that could affect our work.

8. Communication & Payment Reminders

  • By using our services, you agree that we may contact you via email, SMS, phone, or other means regarding service updates, appointment confirmations, and payment reminders.

  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time, but essential service-related messages (such as payment reminders) will still be sent as needed.

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
